Product Sampling at Freshers' Fairs / Sampling at Freshers Fayres
You can sample your product during freshers’ week and at freshers’ fairs. Sampling at these freshers’ fairs allows your samples to be one of the very first items to be presented to the new waves of students in their first week of term. This is a great opportunity for early adoption and for peer to peer approval of your brand. We can organise a high impact experiential sampling unit to tour across the largest and most demographically relevant universities across the UK during the busy freshers’ season. We can also deploy lower cost roaming sampling teams to hand out your product samples during fresher’s week, in busy walk ways leading into the on campus events.

Sampling to Students Throughout the Academic Calendar
Many brands assume that the only or best time for sampling to students is at Freshers’ Fairs, but this is frequently not the case. You can (and should) sample your products at any time in the academic calendar when the students and universities are in session. This allows you to determine the seasonality which is going to be most beneficial for your produce (eg: soups in autumn and ice creams in winter). It also means that your samples and teams of brand ambassadors won’t have to compete with 20 other brands all clambering for the students’ attention at the fresher’s fair, but take pride of place as the only activity happening on campus that day/week/month – making your brand satnd out head and shoulders above what happened in the blur that was fresher’s week!
Targeted Sampling to Students On and Off Campus.
On campus, we can deliver your samples on the university and college campuses, in front or inside of busy university union buildings, close to lecture theatres, libraries, computer clusters, to the sports facilities and sports clubs or even to specific faculty buildings allowing for subject specific targeting of students.
Off campus, we can take your samples to students through student halls of residences, into residential student area housing in the student suburbs, targeting the supermarkets which serve the student communities or sampling across student venues at night.
