Brief:

To drive sales and raise awareness of Green & Jacks bespoke shirts via a targeted, interactive field marketing campaign reaching professionals and office workers in Leeds city centre.

High Calibre Promotion Staff

Campaign Description:

  • PROMOTIONAL TEAM
    • A team of high calibre promotional staff and one event manager verbally explained the service, sold in the discount offer and distributed leaflets, hand to hand to professionals and office workers in and around Leeds city centre, at commuter stations, office areas, on the high street and outside the branded event area during the busy morning rush hours and lunch times catching people on their lunch or on their way to work.
    • The teams explained summary details about the shirts, the special event, the location of the Green & Jacks event unit, the quality of the clothing and the special discount offer.
  • EVENT MANAGER:
    • A professional Event Manager was situated at the road show throughout the two days to motivate the promo staff and help manage the smooth running of the event area.
  • THE MARQUEE
    • A marquee was branded with Green and Jacks logos and artwork and situated on the pedestrianised shopping street of Briggate for the two days.
    • The marquee contained Green and Jacks shirts in different colours, styles, and sizes.

Results:

  • Many office workers were very enthusiastic and stated ‘they’d love to come down and look at the shirts’.
  • People were able to be accurately measured up and try the different clothing on, which gave people more confidence then to go home and buy off the internet.
  • The client was delighted with the unprecedented level of orders made on the days of activity.
