Campaign: O2 Mobile Stickering Campaign

Brief:

To raise awareness of O2's music streaming service - bringing music to your mobile phone in any location.

Target Audience:

  • Young Professionals
  • University Students
  • 16-39 Urbanites

Campaign Description:

Link Communication displayed low tack, easily removable temporary stickers on to a range of outdoor street furniture and inside washrooms of selected bars and pubs. Activity was rolled out nationwide across popular drinking areas, fashionable shopping areas and student areas.

Results:

  • 10,000 stickers we displayed nationwide over one weekend, across ten cities.
  • The activity was executed at the same time as the TV campaign aired, which created a real life element to the O2 speakers appearing in unusual places, which had been widely seen on the advertisements.
  • Link Communication provided sticker removal teams one week later as part of the campaign, ensuring that there were no complaints or issues from any location.
