To recruit new members of staff for Sky's main business centre in Edinburgh.

Campaign Description:

Link Communication provided promotion staff outside every major bingo hall in Edinburgh as crowds exited after the main midweek, daytime gaming session.

Staff verbally explained core job benefits to each recipient and left them with a leaflet detailing how to apply.

Results:

• 12,000 leaflets distributed to core target audience group within 7 days.
• Client had an unprecedented number of applications during the first week; they extended the activity for a further three weeks, across a wider range of locations.
• Client has built this activity into a core part of their over-55s recruitment targeting.
