Campaign: Jessops Product Demonstrations
Brief:
To promote awareness, execute product demonstrations and drive direct sales for Cewe Color’s photo books at selected Jessops’ stores across the UK.

Target Audience:
- Females aged 25 - 55 who buy prints for their families.
- All Jessops customers.
Campaign Description:
- One demonstration staff member worked inside each Jessops store, demonstrating the photo book software on display units and displaying hard copies of the finished photo books to customers; whilst actively encouraging sales of the product.
- A second promotional staff member was situated outside each Jessops store, generating additional interest and directing people towards the demonstrations.
- Both staff members distributed the photo book software free to Jessops’ customers.
Results:
- Interest in the product was consistently high at the majority of locations; customers tended to respond positively to both the quality of the product, and the ease and speed of production.
- Interest was most efficiently generated amongst customers through the display of the pre-produced photo books.
- The product was perceived as an ideal Christmas gift - which significant numbers of customers expressed an intent to purchase one for their family.
- All questions were answered which helped drive sales and build customer confidence.
- Jessops recorded record sales of the product during the activity.
