Brief:
To gauge awareness of radio advertising campaign for CORGI gas installers in Sunderland, Glasgow & Portsmouth.
Target Audience:
Members of the public - who listen to a specific radio station within each area.
Campaign Description:
Teams of four market research staff to ask members of the public simple questionnaire on the city centre high streets. The time needed to complete the quota was worked out according to audience listening figures for each city. The campaign ran before and after the adverts aired to measure the impact the radio treatments have had on raising awareness and informing the general public. Link Communication input data onto online system the day after they were returned.
Results:
- Target quotas exceeded in each city.
- Data collated and summaries sent to client within 12 hours, using PDAs.
