To raise awareness and drive ticket sales to the Osborne House Christmas festival, through the execution of a costumed print distribution campaign.

High Calibre Costumed Promotion Staff

Campaign Description:

High calibre promotional staff wearing themed period costumes distributed leaflets hand to hand at the following locations:

SELECTED TOWN CENTRES / HIGH STREET AREAS

  • Staff walked down the main shopping areas targeting families while out shopping.
  • Promotional staff distributed print material and verbally promoted the Medieval Festival to shoppers and pedestrians.
  • Activity took place during peak shopping hours on Saturday and Sunday in the selected town of Sandown.

Results:

  • The team handed out 10,000 leaflets during the two weeks of activity.
  • A large number of the public showed a keen interest in what the costumed promotion girls were doing and were keen to gain more information about the Christmas Festival.
  • The client reported that the events were extremely well attended, as a result of the costumed promotion teams.
