Brief:

Link Communication executed a solus (individual) door-to-door delivery of 320,000 booklets produced by Oxfordshire PCT, within selected Oxfordshire postcodes, providing residents with an A5 information on health care services.

Target Audience:

• All residential properties within Oxfordshire.

Campaign Description:

Leafleting teams executed solus print delivery across the following housing in each area:

• High Density Housing - Execution throughout high density housing areas including modern housing estates and terraced streets.
• Medium Density Housing - Execution of activity throughout detached housing and more spacious semi-rural locations.
• Low Density Housing - Execution of activity throughout remote housing such as farms, isolated over motorway bridges, properties down country tracks, across farmers fields.

Results:

• All print material was completed in full to the client's satisfaction within four weeks of commencement
• The teams were very closely supervised each day with on site team leaders, whose role was to:
  • Check on field staff productivity.
  • Assist with movement of print materials.
  • Recording coverage of the field teams
