Campaign: M1 Widening Project

Campaign location: Between J6 and J10 of the M1 at Redbourn, Slip End and surrounding hamlets.

Brief:

Door to door newsletter distribution campaign, providing residential homes in the Redbourn and Slip End areas with a seasonal newsletter, helping to increase awareness of the M1 widening project.

Campaign Description:

High-calibre distribution staff executing solus D2D delivery across the following locations:

  • All student halls of residence. Promotional material was distributed underneath doors of bedrooms and flats, into post pigeonholes, letter boxes and all communal areas, including phone points, TV lounges, common rooms and all other halls facilities.
  • Staff delivered a single newsletter to letter boxes.
  • A full coverage list was created detailing all areas covered.
  • Shaded OS maps were provided as a guide.

Results:

  • . 100% coverage level achieved, covering both high-density towns and isolated farm buildings and hard-to-reach properties.
  • . A full campaign report, detailing all coverage areas, was returned to the client within three days of campaign completion.
