Brief:

 

To raise awareness, prompt trial and increase sales of Wanchai Ferry Chinese dinner kits, through the execution of a roaming tactical sampling campaign, targeting office workers / commuters at train stations across the UK.

 

Campaign Description:

 

  • Teams of high calibre promotions staff wore Chinese style dresses and waved large branded flags increasing the impact and interest of passing commuters to the sampling staff.
  • The team handed out samples of Wanchai Ferry dinner kits at ten major train stations across the UK over two weeks of intense activity to recipients outside the train stations in high footfall locations.

Results:

 

  • Over the duration of the two weeks 60,000 Wanchai Ferry dinner kits were distributed to the target audience across all ten locations.
  • Over 95% of commuters were very eager to receive their free product sample, and all recipients were keen to learn more about the contents and availability.
