Campaign Location: Glastonbury Festival, O2 Wireless at Hyde Park and Leeds Festival

Brief:

 

To raise brand awareness, prompt trial and drive sales of new Primula snack tubes, using an experienced promotional team, distributing samples across the selected major festivals in the UK.

 

Campaign Description:

 

  • A team of experienced promotional staff handed out Primula snack tubes along busy walkways and outside local train stations, bus stations / stops in the area of the festivals.
  • High-calibre promotional staff were able to act as fully competent brand ambassadors and verbally promoted the product, advising of where to purchase and tasty ways to enjoy the Primula cheese.  
  • The promotions team wore branded jackets and bags as to stand out in the busy crowds and attract attention.

Results:

 

  • Across the whole campaign over 90% of people approached were happy to receive the product sample and were pleasantly surprised to be offered it at the entrance of the festival.
  • 4,500 product samples were distributed across the three locations to recipients entering the festivals or leaving the local train stations.
