Brief:
To raise public awareness and increase sales of Calotherm jewellery cleaning products, through the execution of a product demonstration and sampling campaign within a variety of H Samuels / Ernst Jones stores.
Campaign Description:
- Demonstrators were located within the jewellery stores to perform customer demonstrations and sample the Calotherm cleaning product on the jewellery of any interested customers, while actively encouraging and verbally promoting the purchase of the product range within each store.
- Print material was distributed inside and outside of the store to promote the brand and drive more customers to the demonstrator.
- The promotions team were specifically selected for their capability to act as conversant brand ambassadors for Calotherm throughout the demonstration activity, consequently they were able to answer FAQ’s on the product, other stockists and deliver high volume sales.
Results:
- 90% of customers approached were keen to have their jewellery cleaned and watch the demonstration. A vast number seeing this, were then interested in purchasing the product.
- 1,500 leaflets were distributed over the whole campaign in conjunction with each demonstration.
- Client reported record levels of sales achieved during the promotion and is extremely pleased with the campaign.
